Critical Non-Negotiable attributes

1. Minimum 5years of experience in Sales Department of a Manufacturing Company with 3 years in senior level
2. Degree or diploma in Marketing , Agriculture or related field

Key responsibilities

Ensure that ISO 90012015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your department are adhered to. Your efforts will load to \ recertification and will also provide an avenue for personal growth and development.
Failure to abide may result to withdrawal of ISO 9001.2015 certificate hence affecting tho company’s operations and would warrant disciplinary action.
Promoting tho company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Analyzing budgets. preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team moots their goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
Gathering. investigating. and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing now sales plans and advertising.
Training, scheduling, coaching. and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Report and record any accidents and or injuries occurring to you during and in the course of your official working hours to your immediate supervisor/senior; if stable, appropriate statement by you is recorded by HR Department.
