  1. Job Position: Talent Acquisition Officer (01)
  2. Location: DAR ES SALAAM

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. 
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using a variety of methods. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions. Develop and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent pools to attract fresh talent. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for various expenses review Able to timely and accurate review of reimbursement forms in accordance with the company’s expense reimbursement standards Supervise the effective implementation of the expense reimbursement management system and audit specifications, guide employees to standardize reimbursement, and improve the standardization of expense reimbursement.  Assist the supervisor to record the cases of fee violations in real-time and prepare regular expense audit reports. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience preferably in finance.
  • Sufficient knowledge in finance and accounting standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct checks of stock levels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established inventory procedures. Collaborate closely with the inventory and warehouse teams to maintain an up-to date and organized inventory system.  Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists to confirm quantity and quality, promptly reporting any discrepancies.  Perform routine stock audits to reconcile physical stock with system records, investigating and rectifying any discrepancies.  Coordinate with different departments to fulfil stock requests and ensure timely distribution of materials or products. 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree qualification in accountancy, business administration, or any related field. 1+ year previous warehouse/storekeeping experience. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax liabilities Prepare detailed tax reports and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Tanzanian accounting standards. Independently complete the sorting of accounting data and other related materials, and compile them into books.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in tax administration Sufficient knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws, regulations, and accounting standard’s Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently. Qualifications

Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE (01)

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for system order operation, transfer order entry, order management, distribution task management and vehicle expenses.  Respond promptly to customer inquiries.  Communicating with customers through various channels.  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.  Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any related field.  1+ year previous sales experience, preferably in electronics, home appliances & FMCGs Strong product knowledge.  Excellent ability to read, write and speak English language fluently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
